UWA Vice-Chancellor's Equity and Diversity Advisory Committee
Terms of Reference- To provide advice on the promotion of equal opportunity and diversity in employment and education with the University.
- To monitor the practice of equal opportunity in the University and to report to Senate through the Vice-Chancellor on the development of appropriate policies in response to legislation and in the best interests of the principles of equity.
- To consider and recommend on ways in which any present impediments to equality of opportunity might be removed.
- To provide advice and support to the Equity & Diversity office.
- To report to Senate annually on the effectiveness of policies and programmes introduced to promote equity and diversity.
Membership of the UWA Vice-Chancellor's Equity and Diversity Advisory CommitteeThe membership of the UWA Equity and Diversity Committee shall be as follows:
